Chane Welchman brings over 25 years of distinguished service in the Wyoming Army National Guard to his role as COO of Core Solutions Group. His military career honed his expertise in data management, IT support, and human resources, laying the foundation for his success as a multi-faceted professional.

After his military service, Chane earned his Bachelor’s in Cloud Computing and Solutions, alongside Security+ and Cloud+ certifications. These credentials reinforce his ability to deliver cutting-edge data management solutions while addressing the complexities of client needs.

As COO, Chane’s dedication to operational efficiency and leadership excellence drives Core Solutions Group’s ability to tackle complex challenges for government and corporate clients alike.  Tanya Wiley is a seasoned professional with a remarkable career spanning over 20 years in the United States Air Force, where she honed her expertise as a budget analyst. With a solid background in payroll and accounting, Tanya is currently pursuing her educational endeavors in the field of accounting to further expand her knowledge and skills.
